So as the video explains, I get some great benefits from just practising fifteen minutes every morning. So first thing in the morning I stretch my fingers a little bit and then start slowly with the first lesson. As I also state in the video it's not really the material that does the trick but more the idea of getting really deep into the technique every morning and I don't even try to play any of the pieces I practice fast, or try to reach my max. Whats important in this idea is to get really deep into the technique every day. And also remember to give it a few weeks before you start to feel the results in your alternate picking game
