Here is the third Steve Vai inspired phrase. As I explain in the video I once again kick of the lick from the fifth position of the Major scale which makes it relatively easy to start using in your own playing. The real kicker to the technique is playing the legato parts and moving back to the starting point of the lick to do the slides without hurting the slides. So good luck friends !!

Here is the first Steve Vai style lesson. The idea is to take some of his incredible ideas and to add them to our own playing which is one of the most satisfying and benefitial thing you can do for your playing. So whach the full video and see the ideas added to the scale and the way then to use the material when you are soloing. A few of the typical techniques Vai is using is represented in the lick like pinch harmonics, slides and whammy abuse. I hope you love it !!
