Hey here is the second of the Contemporary Shred Guitar Lessons, this one is even more Contemporary and this time theres no Neo Classical Shred Guitar influences. Its an E Major 7 Arpeggio played in three inversions, this tachnique requires some more finesse than the triads because of all the added Hammer on's and Pull off's along the way. Especially the second inversion requires a sleight of hand and no heavy-handedness.

Use the lesson or lick in its intirety from the first or fourth position of the Major scale when you improvise or you could just use the first pattern of the Arpeggios or the last pattern from the second position of the Major scale or the first if you want the Lydian scale from the A string.
