Technique
This is a combination of a traditional sweep picking arpeggio triad where I ad some really cool legato hammer on and pull off combined with some advanced tapping on the high E string making this into a phrygian dominant arpeggio omit the seventh. Of course you can ad the A making it a complete Harmonic minor scale fifth step by for example sliding the pinkie two frets up on the high E string and back again

How to use this
To be able to use this in your own playing for improvising or soloing you can make use of it from the fifth step in the Harmonic minor scale. Or of you dare you can also make use of it from the fifth step in the Major scale altering the sound with the flattened ninth and sixth, this will only spice up your sound if you do stuff like this
